It’s as easy as that!
MUCH OF THE WORK OF AN UPDO IS KEEPING IT SEPARATED SO YOU CAN WORK ON ONE SECTION AT A TIME!
Ok, so you are going to want to backcomb with the tangle teezer (if you have one) the top half of your head,
smooth it out and spray it - I like Kenra Hair Spray.
Tie the top half off to the side with a thin hair tie.
Bring the bottom up and tie it.
There will be more hair in the top portion, so you will make about 4-5 different strands that will either be a loop or a twist.
Before you put the last one in, start on the bottom and do the exact same thing.
Make them connect with a twist or a loop!
It is ok if pieces tweak out and poke out – it creates a fun measure to it.
ALWAYS FINISH WITH It’s A 10 miracle shine spray !
The day ended and yes, I had to admit to feeling a little defeated, but I started the day with a great makeup look and some smok’n hair! It gave me the confidence to walk out the door in the first place!
BTW: Doing “back of the head selfies” are much harder than it looks.
