I received a sample of this in my Swag Bag two weeks ago and just got around to trying it. I was super excited because I have never used a Benefit foundation before and I really, really like their POREfessional primer.
The sample card was pretty cute – it gave you two colors and told you how to test the correct color on your jawline. As well, it explained how to use a correct tool to apply the product.
I used it and I just don’t like it. I wore it all day. I have (if I do say so) flawless skin and it just did not look right. I don’t think it was a color issue. I always wear primer (and I do have some of the POREfessional – it came in my Birchbox one month!), so I was a ready to go.
Thus, I put all of the correct things in place to try this out and it just didn’t look good.
Bummer.
My take away… I love the POREfessional, so I am willing to try another Benefit product again!
